1 INTRODUCTION
This is the Delivery Policy for www.acornkids.co.za. This website is owned and operated by Acornkids (Proprietary) Limited, and full details and contact information are provided in our 'Terms of Use' Policy.

Acornkids takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Acornkids delivers goods to you nationwide within South Africa, via a Courier service chosen by us, which is The Courier Guy. We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes, PostNet, Farms, Plots, Mines or Military Bases.

We offer 3 (three) methods of delivery of Goods to you.
* Courier to your door (4-6 days)
* Courier to your door (2-4 days)
* Self-collection from Acornkids head office in Cape Town.

Acornkids obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you, or to the collection point nominated by you, or when collected directly from Acornkids head office.

2 INFORMATION REQUIRED
The following information is required, in full, for every shipment, unless it is being collected directly from Acornkids location in Cape Town.

* Suburb (if applicable)
* City or Town
* Street Postal Code
* Province

3 DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery of parcels to your door sent via the budget system - 4-6 days.
Delivery of parcels sent to your door via the fast system - 2-4 days.

4 TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
When your parcel is shipped, you will be sent, by SMS text message, a Tracking Number. Using the Courier Guy website, you can use this number to track the status of your parcel.

5 DELIVERY COSTS
Prices for the different freight options are provided on the website. These may change from time to time, and the website will be updated.

6 ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Processing of orders usually takes 2 business days from the time the order is received until it is shipped. At busy times, e.g. Christmas, processing may take a day or two longer.

7 HEAD OFFICE COLLECTIONS
When collecting from Acornkids Head Office in Cape Town, you will be notified by SMS text message when orders are ready for collection. These orders must be collected within 30 days of such advice, failing which Acornkids has the right to allocate those goods to another customer and refund you.

When collecting your goods at the Acornkids head office you are required to supply a copy of your order notification (printed or on your smart phone) and your ID book.
